The Turkish State Meteorological Service reports that the country is expected to be partly to very cloudy, with rainfall expected across the Marmara, North Aegean, and Black Sea regions, as well as in the vicinity of Ardahan and Çankırı. 

The rainfall is expected to be heavy in the vicinity of Rize and the northern part of Artvin. Localized fog and mist are expected in the interior and eastern regions during the morning and night hours.
