Heavy toll from bee attack in Iğdır: 816 sheep lost their lives
The aftermath of the bee attack in Iğdır has become clear. It was determined that 816 sheep lost their lives after they panicked and trampled each other during the incident.

Teams from the Iğdır Provincial Directorate of Agriculture and Forestry have completed the damage assessment and investigation work initiated regarding the animals that lost their lives following the bee attack that occurred yesterday.
As a result of the evaluations, it was confirmed that the number of animals that lost their lives is 816. After the operations in the field were completed, the sheep were loaded onto trucks with the help of construction machinery.
Under the supervision of veterinarians, they were buried in pits opened in an area far from residential settlements.
