Hezbollah Media Office Head Mohammad Afif announced during a press conference that Hezbollah was behind the drone attack on Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu's home in Caesarea on Saturday, October 19. Afif stated, "Hezbollah takes full responsibility for the attack on Israeli Prime Minister Netanyahu's home." Afif emphasized that there will be no negotiations with Israel as long as the conflict continues. Afif also stated that Israel has taken some Hezbollah members prisoner since the start of its ground operation in Southern Lebanon, and that Israel is responsible for their health. Noting that Hezbollah has not yet taken any Israeli soldiers prisoner, Afif said, "It will not take long for us to take prisoners from the enemy (Israel)."

ATTACK ON NETANYAHU'S HOME

Meanwhile, the Israeli Prime Minister's Office had announced that Netanyahu and his wife were not at home during the attack.

In a post made hours after the attack, Netanyahu had said, "The Iranian agents who tried to assassinate me and my wife today made a bitter mistake."
