Two civilians were critically injured in an explosive-laden drone attack carried out by Hezbollah in the Rosh Hanikra region of northern Israel.

In northern Israel, near the Lebanese border in Rosh Hanikra, an attack by an unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) carrying explosives left two civilians critically injured and one civilian with minor injuries.

According to local sources in the region, a powerful explosion occurred after the drone targeted a parking lot. Immediately following the blast, medical teams and security forces arrived at the scene.

The injured were quickly transported to the Galilee Medical Center in Nahariya for treatment. The Israeli military announced that the attack was carried out by Hezbollah. In the statement, it was noted that this attack was a "clear violation" of the previously reached ceasefire agreement between Hezbollah and Israel.

"ISRAELI MILITARY ATTACKING SOUTHERN LEBANON"

Just before the attack, the Israeli military had announced to the public that it had begun targeting various infrastructure points belonging to Hezbollah in Southern Lebanon. The military's Arabic-language spokesperson, Avichay Adraee, emphasized that civilians living in places such as Labaya, Sahmar, Taffahata, Kafr Malek, Yahmor, Ain Tineh, Houmin al-Fouqa, and Mazra’at Sinai, particularly in the Bekaa region, must evacuate immediately.

While the incident has caused tensions to rise again in the region, the mutual statements and military activity are drawing attention.
