Holiday break extended to 9 days

In an announcement made on his social media account, AKP Chairman and President Erdoğan provided the following information regarding the holiday:

I would like to share with the public our decision that our public employees will be considered on administrative leave for the 1.5-day period before the Ramadan Feast, which will begin on April 10, 2024.

Thus, by adding the half-day on Tuesday and the full day on Monday to the holiday, we have provided our public employees with a 9-day period that they can comfortably utilize.

I wish this to be beneficial for all our citizens.
