Holiday visit from Müsavat Dervişoğlu to Meral Akşener

İYİ Party Founding Chair Meral Akşener's visit to AKP Chair and President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan at the Presidential Palace has sparked controversy within the party.

İYİ Party Chair Müsavat Dervişoğlu, who commented on the Akşener-Erdoğan meeting by saying, "I should have been the one considered as the interlocutor," paid a holiday visit to Akşener.

Sharing the visit on his social media account, Dervişoğlu stated, "On the last day of the holiday, we visited our Founding Chair, Ms. Meral Akşener, with my family and received her blessings. Endless thanks to Tuncer brother for their hospitality and hosting. Our past is ours, and so are our tomorrows..."
