According to the information received, a taxi with license plate 34 THH 99, driven by M.G., collided with a motorcycle while traveling on Hekimsuyu Street in the Mevlana neighborhood. The fire that broke out in the taxi as a result of the collision spread to the motorcycle.
Upon notification, fire, police, and medical teams were dispatched to the area.
In the accident, A.E., who was on the motorcycle, lost their life at the scene, while the person with them was seriously injured. The injured person was taken to the hospital by ambulance after the first intervention by medical teams.
The taxi driver, M.G., was taken to the police station.
While the fire was extinguished by fire crews, the vehicles were rendered unusable.
