The car driven by Gültekin Keleş collided with a pickup truck, whose driver has not yet been identified, near the village of Dereceki on the Kars-Ani highway. Following the impact, the car began to burn, and nearby citizens pulled the driver, Keleş, from the vehicle while he was injured.
The fire, which subsequently engulfed the entire vehicle, was extinguished by fire crews called to the scene.
The injured driver, Keleş, was taken to Harakani State Hospital by medical teams.
