Horrific details in the murder of Kübra Yapıcı

Yunus Yapıcı, who lives in the Serik district of Antalya, had not heard from his 30-year-old daughter, Kübra Yapıcı, since 02:00 on the night of April 30.
When the family became worried because her phone was unreachable, they reported the situation to the Chief Public Prosecutor's Office and filed a missing person report. During the police investigation, it was understood that the young woman was seen with two men at a cafe in Kepez at 03:30 and left the venue with these individuals at 04:45. Thanks to camera footage, it was determined that the suspects addressed each other as 'Ata' and 'Umut'.
MURDER PROCESS AND CONFESSIONS
As the investigation progressed, father Yunus Yapıcı provided the names of Ata Berk Sezen and İlyas Umut Dalğar to the police. The police detained İlyas Umut Dalğar. Dalğar initially claimed that he had left Kübra Yapıcı in front of a market, but it was determined that the market was closed during the time frame he provided. Upon this, Dalğar, who gave contradictory statements, was forced to confess the truth.

In his statement, Dalğar said that they took the young woman to a wooded area in Burdur due to a debt issue involving Ata Berk Sezen, and that Sezen shot Kübra Yapıcı in the head while she was sleeping. After the incident, the body was buried in the forest, then later exhumed and burned with gasoline. It was stated that some of the body parts were thrown into the Korkuteli Dam. The suspect described in detail how they collected the body parts with a shovel, put them into sacks, and threw them into the dam.
During the examination at the scene, teams reached the remains of the burned body and revealed that the suspects had also brought some items to the scene to clean up the area. While Ata Berk Sezen was caught in Istanbul, both suspects were arrested as part of the investigation conducted by the Burdur Chief Public Prosecutor's Office. Relatives alleged that Kübra Yapıcı's social media account was kept as if it were active after the day she went missing, and that there were likes and activity on some posts. This information in their possession was also forwarded to the police.
As a result of the search efforts carried out on the shore of the Korkuteli Dam, body parts thought to belong to the young woman were found and sent to the forensic medicine institute. The murder suspects, İlyas Umut Dalğar and Ata Berk Sezen, were arrested by the court they were brought before and sent to prison. The pistol used to kill the woman was found in Ağlasun and taken for criminal examination.
