The terrifying moments in Kayseri occurred yesterday evening around 22:30 in the Melikgazi district.
39-year-old R.A. came to the home of his 17-year-old girlfriend, E.K., to speak with her. Subsequently, an argument broke out between E.K. and R.A. for reasons yet to be determined.
FLED THE SCENE
As the argument escalated, R.A. shot E.K. in the leg with a firearm. Following reports from bystanders, police and medical teams were dispatched to the scene, while the suspect R.A. quickly fled.
After receiving initial intervention from the medical teams arriving at the scene, 17-year-old E.K. was taken to the hospital. It was learned that authorities have launched an operation to capture the 39-year-old suspect, R.A., who fled the scene.
