Hot air balloon collides with car
A hot air balloon struck a car that had entered a landing area for hot air balloons in Nevşehir. The moment was captured on camera, showing the car being lifted off the ground by the force of the impact.

In an accident that occurred in Love Valley, located in the Göreme district of Nevşehir, a driver parked their vehicle not in the parking lot, but in the area where hot air balloons land, in order to get a better view of the scenery.
At that moment, a hot air balloon that was in the process of landing was lifted back off the ground by the wind and struck the parked car.
The force of the impact caused the car to be lifted into the air as it became snagged on the balloon, before falling back to the ground. The moment of impact was captured second-by-second on camera, as was the struggle of the ground crew to manage the situation.
