House arrest decision for Sertaç Taşdelen, owner of Faladdin and Binnaz Abla apps
Sertaç Taşdelen, the owner of the fortune-telling applications Faladdin and Binnaz Abla, was released from custody at his first hearing on the condition of house arrest in the trial where he was being held on charges of 'laundering assets derived from crime'.

Within the scope of an investigation conducted by the Istanbul Chief Public Prosecutor's Office, Sertaç Taşdelen, who manages the fortune-telling applications named Faladdin and Binnaz Abla, had been taken into custody.
During the investigation process, Taşdelen's bank accounts, assets in electronic money institutions, vehicles, sea vessels, and partnership shares in Arteria Yazılım A.Ş. were seized by the decision of the Istanbul Criminal Court of Peace.
Taşdelen was arrested by the court where he was brought on charges of 'laundering assets derived from crime' and sent to prison.
RELEASE DECISION AT THE FIRST HEARING
At his first appearance before the judge today in the case against him, the court ruled for the implementation of judicial control in the form of house arrest and for the termination of his detention.
