With only a few days left until the November distribution period for paid military service, candidates have begun researching their dispatch dates—the dates they will go to the military—and their reporting dates.

The dispatch document is an official document containing the identity information of the conscripts determined to be fit for military service as a result of the examination, their status, the unit commands to which they are assigned after classification, the dates they must report to the unit, and information such as travel and subsistence allowances; this document can be obtained via e-Devlet.

While the dispatch document is obtained via e-Devlet or directly from military recruitment offices, you can apply for a dispatch document at a military recruitment office with your T.C. identity card.

HOW TO OBTAIN A PAID MILITARY SERVICE DISPATCH DOCUMENT?

In accordance with Article 19 of the Military Service Law No. 7179 and Article 16 of the Military Service Regulation, you can obtain your dispatch document via e-Devlet or by applying to the nearest military recruitment office.

To carry out the process via e-Devlet, you can access your dispatch document by entering the 'Personal Information' sub-menu under the 'e-Services' menu in the e-Devlet system and using the 'My Military Service' link on the Ministry of National Defense (MSB) tab. However, those classified in previous draft periods and conscripts in 'bakaya' (overdue) status can only obtain their dispatch documents from military recruitment offices.

WHEN IS THE DISPATCH APPLICATION MADE?

The dispatch application is necessary to determine the date on which individuals who will perform their military service must report to their units. Military conscripts must complete their dispatch applications up to 10 days before the dispatch date.

Application procedures are carried out according to the draft periods determined by the Ministry of National Defense; military draft dates and dispatch application periods are announced by the MSB every year.

WHAT IS THE REPORTING DATE?

The reporting date determined after the dispatch application refers to the date by which conscripts must report to their unit.

This date is located on the dispatch document and indicates the start of the military service process. Conscripts are required to report to the designated unit commands by the reporting date.

WHEN WILL THE DISPATCH DOCUMENT BE VISIBLE ON E-DEVLET?

The dispatch document will be announced via the e-Devlet system 9 days before the call to military service.

Candidates are also required to carry this document with them when they go to the military.
