WHEN AND HOW WILL TOKİ APPLICATIONS BE MADE?

Minister of Environment, Urbanization and Climate Change Murat Kurum made the following statements regarding the matter:

Just as we offer housing to our low-income citizens with affordable payment options, in this campaign, we are offering Emlak Konut projects to other income groups as a profitable investment opportunity with suitable maturity rates, whether with a low down payment or no down payment."
PAYMENT OPTIONS AND CAMPAIGN DETAILS
Within the scope of the campaign announced by Emlak Konut, three different payment models will be offered:
No Down Payment and Decreasing Installment Model:
Homeownership will be possible without paying a down payment
The installment amount will decrease every month
A 60-month maturity will be applied with a 0.99 interest rate
Emlak Konut Will Pay the First Year's Installments:
First-year installment payments will be covered by Emlak Konut
A 60-month maturity opportunity will be offered with a 1.29 interest rate
Leasing-Supported Long-Term Model:
There will be a 120-month maturity and a flexible payment plan
Options with or without a down payment will be offered
Financing will be provided through Emlak Katılım Bank
Sample payment plan: For an apartment worth 6 million TL, the monthly installment in a 60-month maturity payment plan will be approximately 61 thousand TL.
