HSK decree published: New duty stations for judges and prosecutors announced
The Council of Judges and Prosecutors (HSK) has completed its work on the 2026 Judicial and Administrative Justice Main Decree. Minister of Justice and HSK President Akın Gürlek announced in a social media post that the new assignments within the judicial organization have been finalized.

Minister of Justice Akın Gürlek announced that the Council of Judges and Prosecutors (HSK) has completed its work on the 2026 Judicial and Administrative Justice Main Decree, wishing judges and prosecutors success in their new duty stations.
In his statement on his social media account, Gürlek noted the following:
"As the HSK, we have completed our work on the 2026 Judicial and Administrative Justice Main Decree, which we carried out with great sensitivity.
The details of the decree will be published shortly on our official HSK website (http://hsk.gov.tr).
I wish our esteemed judges and public prosecutors, who perform their duties on behalf of our noble nation, great success in their new duty stations.
I hope that the decree will be beneficial to our judges and prosecutors, their precious families, our judicial organization, and our noble nation."
According to the list published by the HSK, the chief public prosecutors of 33 provinces have changed. While a large number of chief prosecutors were appointed to new duty stations, some individuals were assigned to high courts and central organization roles.
