Illegal migrant operation in Çanakkale!
17 illegal migrants were apprehended by Coast Guard Command teams off the coast of the Ayvacık district in Çanakkale.

The Coast Guard North Aegean Group Command teams took action following reports of illegal migrants in a rubber boat off the coast of the Ayvacık district.
The 'KB-4319' and 'KB-20' Coast Guard boats dispatched to the area intercepted the moving rubber boat. The 17 apprehended illegal migrants were taken to the Coast Guard Station in the town of Küçükkuyu. The migrants were handed over to the Repatriation Center in the Ayvacık district following the completion of their processing.
