İmamoğlu announces: Ramadan support from IMM for 100,000 households

Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality (IMM) Mayor Ekrem İmamoğlu announced that financial support will be provided to 100,000 households in need during the month of Ramadan. 

İmamoğlu stated that the Ramadan support, for which 200 million TL has been allocated, will be distributed to households in need as 2,000 TL each. 

Sharing the news on his social media account, İmamoğlu said, "We will provide 2,000 TL in support to 100,000 families in need during Ramadan. Ramadan is the month of unity, togetherness, and solidarity. IMM is always by your side."

According to the latest calculations, the high cost of living in food prices has also hit Ramadan food parcels, with the inflation of a standard Ramadan parcel filled with basic supplies exceeding 70 percent.
