İmamoğlu evaluates the judicial moves against him in 7 points: Reaction to judge change

Referring to the judicial moves,İmamoğlu said, "In the presence of Almighty God, in the presence of our 86 millionpeople, and in the presence of thesupreme Turkishjudiciary, I will judge them."

"One; in the case known to the public as the “fool case”,while the trial against me was ongoing, the judge wasremoved from duty.Two; during the IMM operation on March 19, the judge,

with a request for arrest, came before him."after releasing the 8 people detained under judicial control, he wasremoved fromduty.

Three; by the HSKthe panel of the court that invalidated my diploma was dissolved.

Four; in the case where I am being tried on charges of “targeting a public official fighting against terrorism, defamation, and threats”a the member judge voted for acquittal. Guess what happened?He wasremovedfrom his post.

Five; in the criminal case openeddueto a tender, when it reached the tenth hearing, while trying to reach a verdict on the file theyThe judge wasremoved from officeand sent to Diyarbakir!The replacement judge issued an acquittalin 10 days. The judge whoissued the acquittalwas sent toMaras!

Six;The judge overseeing the congress penalty case in Ankarawas removed from the casebecause they did not comply with political instructions during critical stages of the file,because they investigated,and because they questioned.They were removedfrom duty.

Seven; the judge of the court where the criminal case regarding diploma forgery was being heard was appointed to Kahramanmaras. Why? Because they stood by their case.

In the IMM case. While the presiding judge remained the same, a second new panel was formed. Is this a trial? Is this what a trial is? I ambeing tried here forthat.
