İmamoğlu clarified topics of public interest by responding to questions posed by journalist İsmail Saymaz.

Although he did not speak definitively about his candidacy in his responses, he stated that he would make an announcement with his colleagues in the near future.

When asked, 'Are you acting too early?' regarding the presidential candidacy selection, İmamoğlu gave the following response:

"A period of time is needed for all these efforts, both for us and to be able to convince other parties.

I do not think this will be resolved with a candidacy of a few months, and it is necessary to start this work beforehand.

Furthermore, it is unclear what the ruling power will do; we need to be ready if the president decides on a snap election tomorrow."

IMM Mayor Ekrem İmamoğlu, who responded to Saymaz's question of 'Are you a candidate?' with 'God willing, for the best,' highlighted the following points in his statements:

Mansur Yavaş did not say 'I am a candidate under any circumstances'

Standing side by side with Mr. Mansur is a great honor for me

It is unclear what the ruling power will do; one must be prepared for an election at any moment

The CHP's candidate must first ensure the unity of the party and then the entire opposition

For six years, I have not just been serving as mayor; I have been managing a major campaign

The main body of my cabinet will be the CHP, and it will also encompass the powers of the opposition...
