İmamoğlu warns parties and institutions: 'Turkey is on the brink of a very great danger'

Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality Mayor Ekrem İmamoğlu, who has been held for a long time at the Marmara Prison in Silivri, stated, "Turkey is on the brink of a very great danger."

In a statement on his social media account, İmamoğlu warned, "We are heading down a path where elections and the votes cast will lose their meaning."

"Turkey is on the brink of a very great danger.

We are heading down a path where elections and the votes cast will lose their meaning.

We must protect democracy, the nation's right to vote, and the rule of law.
