Incredible incident in Beylikdüzü: Muggers kidnap young woman along with car

In Istanbul, M.A.Y., who arrived at a market by car with his girlfriend, entered the store while leaving his girlfriend in the vehicle. Two knife-wielding individuals got into the car, threatened M.A.Y.'s girlfriend with a knife, and kidnapped her along with the vehicle. M.A.Y., who ran to the car upon hearing his girlfriend's screams, could not catch up to the muggers. The muggers released the young woman a short while later and fled with the car.

The incident took place 2 days ago in Beylikdüzü around 02:30 at night. M.A.Y., who was returning home with his girlfriend at midnight, stopped in front of a market to shop. M.A.Y. left the car keys with his girlfriend and went inside to shop.

THEY KIDNAPPED HER ALONG WITH HER FRIEND

While M.A.Y. was shopping in the market, he suddenly heard his girlfriend's screams. Looking outside, M.A.Y. saw that the car his girlfriend was in was being stolen by two people he did not recognize. M.A.Y. ran to the car but could not catch up to the muggers. All these moments were captured second by second by the market's security camera. M.A.Y., who went after the muggers who kidnapped his girlfriend along with his car, reported the incident to the police at the same time.

 

THEY RELEASED THE YOUNG WOMAN AND FLED WITH THE CAR

M.A.Y., who tried to catch the muggers, could not reach the suspects. The muggers who stole the car dropped the young woman off on the road a short while later and disappeared with the vehicle. Following the incident, teams from the Public Security Bureau's Robbery Division took action. In her statement, the young woman said that two people who got into the car threatened her with a knife and stole the car, and that the suspects, who dropped her off a short while later, fled.

THEY WERE CAUGHT

Teams from the Robbery Division determined through their work that the muggers had fled towards Esenyurt. Deepening the investigation, the police identified the suspects in a short time. In the operation carried out, the muggers Eren K. (24) and Halil C.B. (25) were caught. The stolen car was also found. The suspects, who each have two criminal records, were arrested.
