The Indian YouTuber known by the pseudonym 'Malik Swashbuckler', Malik SD Khan, insulted both Turkish women and shopkeepers in videos he filmed in Istanbul, particularly around the Grand Bazaar. Speaking in Hindi, Khan used sexist language toward a Turkish female guide accompanying him and made severe remarks such as, "Should I rape this woman tonight?"
DELETED FROM SOCIAL MEDIA, TAKEN INTO CUSTODY
While reactions poured in on social media following his posts, Khan closed all his accounts. However, the Indian tourist, who attempted to hide in the face of the backlash, was detained in Istanbul following an operation conducted by police teams.
