Individual education support for people with disabilities determined
The Ministry of Treasury and Finance has announced the portion of support education provided to people with disabilities in special education schools and rehabilitation centers that will be covered by the budget. Accordingly, in 2024, a monthly support of 4,692 Turkish Lira will be provided for individual education, and 1,314 Turkish Lira for group education.

The portion of support education to be provided to people with disabilities this year that will be covered by the budget has been updated through a regulation made by the Ministry of Treasury and Finance.
Accordingly, the portion to be covered by the budget for support education provided to individuals with disabilities in special education schools and special education and rehabilitation centers has been set at 4,692 Turkish Lira per month for individual education and 1,314 Turkish Lira per month for group education, excluding value-added tax (VAT).
This regulation became official with a decision published in the Official Gazette. Accordingly, the support amount, which was previously set at 3,147 Turkish Lira per month for individual education, has been increased to 4,692 Turkish Lira. Similarly, the monthly support amount provided for group education has also been increased from 881 Turkish Lira to 1,314 Turkish Lira.
