Individual with prison sentence caught on passenger bus
An individual wanted for burglary and sentenced to 3 years, 10 months, and 3 days in prison was caught by the gendarmerie during an inspection in Afyonkarahisar while traveling by passenger bus from Muğla to Ankara.

According to the information obtained, gendarmerie teams in Afyonkarahisar stopped a passenger bus traveling from Muğla to Ankara during an inspection conducted for the holiday.
The teams, who performed identity checks on the passengers in the vehicle, determined that M.İ. was wanted with a prison sentence of 3 years, 10 months, and 3 days for the crimes of 'violating workplace immunity, theft of property kept within a building, and property damage.'
The individual was subsequently taken into custody by the gendarmerie teams. After his procedures were completed, M.İ. was referred to the courthouse, where he was arrested by the court and sent to prison.
