Interim ruling announced in IMM case: Release order for 9 defendants
In the corruption case against the Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality (IMM), the court panel announced an interim ruling during the hearing, ordering the release of 9 defendants.

Today marks the 53rd day of the IMM case, in which 414 people, including IMM Mayor and presidential candidate Ekrem İmamoğlu, are being tried. Following the hearing of the defendants' statements, the prosecutor requested the release of detained defendants Yunus Göçer, Hasan Yalaz, Erdinç Çolak, İpek Elif Atayman, and Alper Aydın.
Following the prosecutor's request, the court panel ordered the release of Ahmet Güldü, Yunus Göçer, Hasan Yalaz, Erdinç Çolak, Alper Aydın, İpek Elif Atayman, Yavuz Saltık, Mustafa Karaoğlu, and Halit Burak Atalan.
Among those released are former Medya AŞ General Manager İpek Elif Atayman, IMM Head of Department for Neighborhood Affairs Yavuz Saltık, Kültür A.Ş. Deputy General Manager Erdinç Çolak, IMM Deputy Director of Public Relations Mustafa Karaoğlu, and several businesspeople.

6. Yavuz Saltık — IMM Head of Department for Neighborhood Affairs
7. Mustafa Karaoğlu — IMM Deputy Director of Public Relations
8. Halit Burak Atalan — Tender and Procurement Manager
9. Yunus Göçer — Businessman
