Interior Minister Ali Yerlikaya has made a statement regarding the incident involving a primary school student who was attacked by stray dogs in the Keçiören district of Ankara.
In a statement on his social media account, Yerlikaya said, "Following the attack on our child, T.Y., a 4th-grade primary school student who was on her way to school when she left her home in the Kafkas neighborhood of Keçiören district, Ankara, at approximately 08:45 yesterday morning, by stray dogs, resulting in serious injuries;
An investigation has been launched for the incident to be examined in all its aspects by Civil Service Inspectors.
I wish a speedy recovery to our child who was seriously injured after the attack and extend my best wishes to her family" he stated.

A child was seriously injured as a result of an attack by stray dogs in the Keçiören district of Ankara.
The fourth-grade student, T.Y., who received initial intervention at the scene by medical teams, was taken to Hacettepe İhsan Doğramacı Children's Hospital for treatment. It was noted that Yılmaz's life remains in danger.
