International drug trafficker Orhan Ünğan captured in Istanbul
Orhan Ünğan, a drug trafficker who has been at the center of numerous investigations in the past, has been captured as part of a major operation conducted in Istanbul.

According to information obtained, international drug trafficker Orhan Ünğan, who was also accused of being an 'instigator' in the deaths of the daughter and niece of fugitive Iranian drug trafficker Naci Şerifi Zindaşti in previous years, and who had been released on leave from prison during the Covid-19 pandemic, has been captured in a series of operations conducted by the police.
It was learned that Ünğan, who was captured as an important part of a major operation conducted by security forces in the morning hours, is not yet known for which specific charges he was detained.
On the other hand, it was learned that the suspect has been taken to the police station for questioning.
The number of provinces covered by the operation in question and how many other people were captured along with Ünğan have not yet been specified.
