Investigation launched into armed attack on Otokoç
The Anatolian Chief Public Prosecutor's Office has launched an investigation into the armed attack on the Otokoç General Directorate building in Maltepe, Istanbul.

The incident occurred in the morning hours in the Aydınevler neighborhood of Maltepe. According to allegations, two individuals opened fire on the Otokoç automotive company premises with long-barreled weapons. The attackers then fled the scene in a commercial taxi.
Upon notification, police teams were dispatched to the scene, where an examination revealed one long-barreled weapon and numerous spent shell casings. While police teams have taken security measures in the area, a large-scale investigation has been launched to apprehend the attackers.
The Istanbul Anatolian Chief Public Prosecutor's Office has initiated an investigation into the attack.
