It has been announced that an investigation has been launched after it was determined that footage, apparently recorded during the 75th day of the IMM trial, was shared on social media.

The following statement was made regarding the matter on the social media account of the Bakırköy Chief Public Prosecutor's Office:

- "It has been determined that footage, apparently recorded during today's hearing of the case file numbered 2026/208 at the Istanbul 33rd High Criminal Court, held at the Marmara Penal Execution Institutions Campus courtroom, was shared via social media accounts.

- An ex officio investigation has been initiated by the Bakırköy Chief Public Prosecutor's Office under Article 286 of the Turkish Penal Code (TCK) against the individuals who recorded audio or video without authorization during the prosecution proceedings and transmitted them by sharing them on social media accounts."
