ISIS operation in Istanbul: 16 suspects apprehended!

An operation was conducted against ISIS in Istanbul. 16 suspects were apprehended as part of the operation.

In the operation carried out by teams from the Istanbul Security Directorate, work was initiated to apprehend suspects operating in connection with ISIS and conflict zones.

Within this scope, 16 suspects deemed to pose a threat to the country were identified.

Teams conducted simultaneous operations at the identified addresses and apprehended the suspects.

The suspects were taken to the police station for the completion of processing.
