Israel protest with bloody shrouds at Marmaray

The number of people who have lost their lives in the attacks carried out by the Israeli army on the Gaza Strip since October 7, 2023, has increased by 83 in the last 48 hours, reaching 39,258. Palestinians state that health teams and civil defense workers are unable to reach the bodies due to obstructions by Israel.

Since October 7, Israel's attacks have been protested in many parts of the world. In Turkey in particular, many demonstrations have been organized in support of Gaza. Most recently, a group wanting to draw attention to Israel's attacks left models of dead babies at the Marmaray station in Sirkeci, Istanbul. In the photo published on social media, it was seen that bloody baby dolls and shrouds were left on the ground. This protest was interpreted as a reaction to Israel killing thousands of babies and children in its attacks on Gaza.
