According to a report by the Yediot Ahronot newspaper, citing the Israeli army spokesperson, Israeli aircraft attacked military targets belonging to Hezbollah in response to the attacks the group carried out yesterday with guided anti-tank missiles.
The targets included a series of military complexes used by Hezbollah to meet its operational and infrastructure needs, as well as an anti-tank missile launching system in the border region.
Hezbollah-affiliated Al-Manar TV announced that the Israeli army bombed targets in Ayta ash-Shab, Rab et-Talatine, and other locations in southern Lebanon.
Lebanese Hezbollah had stated yesterday that the Israeli Branit Military Base was directly targeted with a guided anti-tank missile and that there were dead and wounded among Israeli soldiers.
