An expert report prepared regarding the assassination of former Ülkü Ocakları President Sinan Ateş has been entered into the case file. It has emerged that Tolgahan Demirbaş, a former Ülkü Ocakları executive who is among the suspects in the murder as an 'instigator', requested information from police commissioner Mustafa Ensar Aykal—including addresses, vehicle license plates, and criminal records—not only for Sinan Ateş but for 15 different individuals.

According to the expert report, Tolgahan Demirbaş, who requested the first set of information on November 14, 2021, sent a number saved in his phone as “Tire Dealer Akdere” to Mustafa Ensar Aykal and requested the address, new phone number, and information regarding his wife. Mustafa Ensar Aykal provided the details requested by Tolgahan Demirbaş in full.

'SOMEONE FROM HEADQUARTERS IS USING IT'

On December 8, 2021, Tolgahan Demirbaş sent the license plate 06 FR ... to Aykal, stating that someone from headquarters was using it and asking who it belonged to. Mustafa Ensar Aykal stated that the car was a rental and that it was being used by Ülkü Ocakları Deputy President Ömer Şanlı.

On January 1, 2022, Tolgahan Demirbaş began researching the vehicle used by Ömer Şanlı for the second time. Demirbaş sent the license plate 06 GE ... to Mustafa Ensar Aykal, asking what brand of vehicle it was and where it was rented from. Mustafa Ensar Aykal provided the name of the rental company and sent the information belonging to Ömer Şanlı.

'THE OCAGI PRESIDENT'S CHIEF OF STAFF REQUESTED IT'

On January 17, Tolgahan Demirbaş sent a phone number to Aykal, stating that the Chief of Staff to the Ülkü Ocakları President wanted to know who the number belonged to. Aykal's response was “let's check.”

'I AM WITH OUR PRESIDENT'

On January 26, 2022, Tolgahan Demirbaş sent a photo to Mustafa Ensar Aykal, stating that he was with his president. Aykal stated that he would send the information immediately and forwarded the photo, identification details, and criminal record of the person in question. Aykal noted that the information was confidential, requested that it not be shared, and mentioned that his badge number was visible. Demirbaş replied, “Commissioner, this stays with me; I haven't seen, known, or heard anything.”

'THE BIGGEST SCOUNDREL'

Tolgahan Demirbaş was requesting information on someone from police commissioner Mustafa Ensar Aykal almost every week. On February 25, he sent a phone number and identity information, requesting detailed information about Taner K. Aykal sent the person's address, criminal record, passport information, and noted that he was involved in vehicle trading. Demirbaş's response was, “Actually, he is the biggest scoundrel, but I bothered you to see if there was anything else.”

On March 10, 2022, Tolgahan Demirbaş sent a phone number and asked for the address. Aykal's response was, “Chief, it comes up in the previous GBY.” Tolgahan Demirbaş replied, “Exactly chief, they have pulled his plug.”

On March 12, 2022, Demirbaş requested information on the license plate 06 BFN ... this time. Stating that he was aware he had been making requests at short intervals, Demirbaş also said he was showing the necessary sensitivity.

On March 29, 2022, Aykal sent a photo this time and asked for the owner of the car. Aykal conveyed that the owner of the license plate was Eren E. and who he was.

On April 8, Demirbaş sent the license plate 16 ATB ... to Aykal and asked who it belonged to. Responding instantly, Aykal said, “Nazik K.”

SİNAN ATEŞ'S LAWYER AND FRIEND

On April 14, 2022, Tolgahan Demirbaş sent the vehicle with license plate 06 YCL ... to Aykal and asked for the owner. Mustafa Ensar Aykal said the license plate belonged to Ali Yücel. Aykal sent information such as the address and date of birth of Ali Yücel, who was a friend and lawyer of Sinan Ateş, to Demirbaş.

On April 26, Demirbaş sent the license plate 06 BRM ... to Aykal and requested information about the owner of the car. Aykal sent the address, phone number, and criminal record of the person named Burhan T.

On June 7, 2022, Tolgahan Demirbaş sent a Turkish ID number to Aykal and asked if that person had a criminal record. Aykal sent the information and stated that he did not.

DEMİRBAŞ'S SPECIAL REQUEST

On October 7, 2022, Tolgahan Demirbaş said he had a special request this time. Demirbaş sent a phone number and requested information on a person named Cansu. Aykal provided the information to Demirbaş, including her date of birth.

The last piece of information Tolgahan Demirbaş requested from Mustafa Ensar Aykal was regarding a phone number that had called him, asking for information about it.

Mustafa Ensar Aykal is also among the suspects in the Sinan Ateş murder.
