Following the filing of a lawsuit by İYİ Party Chairman Müsavat Dervişoğlu at the Ankara Administrative Court and the Council of State for the cancellation of citizenships granted in exchange for foreign currency and real estate purchases, as well as those granted to Syrian refugees, a second step has been taken by the İYİ Party.

The İYİ Party has shared the petitions submitted to the Council of State and the Ankara Administrative Court with the public on the party's website so that all citizens can make similar attempts.

The statement made by the İYİ Party on its social media account regarding the matter is as follows:

“Today, as it was yesterday, ‘The independence of the nation shall be saved by the determination and resolve of the nation itself!’ As the İYİ Party, under the leadership of our Chairman Mr. Müsavat Dervişoğlu, we have taken a concrete step on legal grounds regarding refugees and illegal migrants.

You, too, can make your legal application for the cancellation of citizenships sold to foreigners and those obtained by Syrian refugees through the acquisition of property in violation of the law, using the sample petitions below.
