Former Avrasya Research President Kemal Özkiraz, TELE1shook the agenda with his statements. Özkiraz had claimed that the İYİ Party offered him money in exchange for appearing higher in the polls.

"OFFERED 200 THOUSAND LIRAS PER POLL"

Özkiraz answered questions from Merdan Yanardağ on the 5th Dimension program broadcast on TELE1. Reiterating his previous statements on TELE1, Özkiraz said, "I only went to the place where I met Ümit Dikbayır once in my life; we met in the Karasu district of Sakarya on November 12, 2021. We were publishing one poll every 15 days, and they offered 200 thousand liras per poll."

Stating that "everyone who witnessed the event is still alive," Özkiraz said, "Dikbayır only says 'there is no such thing.' That is the extent of his denial." Mentioning that he also explained the situation to Kılıçdaroğlu, Özkiraz used the expression, "I told this to Kemal Kılıçdaroğlu, who was the target of the conspiracy."

LISTED THE OFFERS ONE BY ONE

Stating that Ümit Özlale denied his claims, Özkiraz said, "There is visual evidence, it comes up in the history of the maps. November 12, 2021... A year and a half before the election... The proposal was: 'Let Kemal Kılıçdaroğlu appear behind Erdoğan as a presidential candidate, let the Victory Party (Zafer Partisi) and DEVA Party not be included in the polls, and let the İYİ Party reach the position of main opposition as the election approaches.'

"THEY HAD KONDA PUBLISH POLLS AS IF THEY WERE THE MAIN OPPOSITION"

Stating that after he rejected the offer, they took the same proposals to other polling companies, Özkiraz said, "They went to Konda and had them publish polls showing only a 1-point difference between the İYİ Party and the CHP. They had them publish polls that portrayed them almost as the main opposition."
