In a written statement issued by the Governor's Office, it was stated that the legal proceedings were initiated within the framework of an investigation conducted ex officio by the Yalvaç Chief Public Prosecutor's Office.
SEARCHES CONDUCTED AT HIS HOME AND IN HIS VEHICLES
The statement noted that, upon the request of the Yalvaç Chief Public Prosecutor's Office and by court order, judicial searches were carried out in Mustafa Kodal's office, his official vehicle, his residence, and two private vehicles.
