Justice Minister Tunç shares developments following TUSAŞ attack: 'This is what they cannot stomach'

Speaking on TV100 about the TUSAŞ attack, Yılmaz Tunç said, "As one of our colleagues working there said, we will work even harder in spite of the traitors."

Yılmaz Tunç included the following statements in his remarks:

"The treacherous attack against TUSAŞ is not enough to eliminate the determination of TUSAŞ employees. They have messages about producing even more. There are aircraft projects and projects like GÖKBEY. These are works that our nation takes pride in.

Of course, this is what they cannot stomach. Turkey's development, its progress. Producing its own weapons. Developing its defense industry without being dependent on the outside. These are, of course, not things that terrorists will like. It is also not something that will please those who hold the hands of terrorists, those who hold their puppets, or the people in the background.

We will continue to work for the development of our country. Our fight against those who attempt to disrupt the unity and solidarity of our country will continue. This attack further increases our determination in the field of counter-terrorism.

I congratulate all TUSAŞ employees. We are supporters of them all. We are behind them all. They are signing their names to very valuable works.

If we have approached an 80 percent domestic production rate in the defense industry under the leadership of our President, it is thanks to this determination.

There is no interruption in the work here. Our nation will certainly not allow those who want to disrupt its unity and solidarity. It is possible to see the determination to protect the legacy of our martyrs at TUSAŞ and to fight these traitors even more, from the management to the engineers and the workers."
