Kadir İnanır has been moved out of intensive care!

Ümraniye Training and Research Hospital, where he is receiving treatment, has announced that cinema artist Kadir İnanır has been moved out of intensive care and into a regular ward following his stroke.

The hospital's Chief Physician, Prof. Dr. Necdet Sağlam, stated that there have been positive developments regarding the artist's health and that his rehabilitation process is ongoing. It was noted that İnanır's general health is improving day by day and that the treatment for his underlying conditions is in the final stages.

It was previously reported that Kadir İnanır, who was rushed to the hospital after falling ill at home on March 24, underwent surgery following an MRI scan, which revealed a blocked vessel in his brain that was subsequently opened.

The hospital's Chief Physician, Prof. Dr. Necdet Sağlam, provided the following statement regarding the artist's health status:

"Today, Kadir İnanır's intensive care treatment process has been completed. The next stage will continue with ward-based treatment. His treatment will continue in our neurology ward. The rehabilitation process is ongoing. He will be in a more comfortable environment where he can easily meet with his immediate family, but we will not be accepting visitors as much as possible. He will enter a recovery phase. As you know, the rehabilitation process is a long one; it can sometimes take months. His previously existing underlying conditions also have an impact here. However, his treatment has progressed positively so far, and as of today, we have moved him out of intensive care.

There is no negative situation. He is getting better every day. He is recovering day by day. Both his muscle strength, his level of consciousness, and his general condition are better. The treatment for his underlying conditions is also nearing completion."
