Kemal Kılıçdaroğlu visits Yılmaz Büyükerşen with his wife

Yılmaz Büyükerşen, who was not renominated by the CHP for the March 31 local elections in Eskişehir, had been appointed as the general coordinator of a commission that will include all CHP-run municipalities in Turkey.

Shortly before the election, Kemal Kılıçdaroğlu paid a visit to Eskişehir Mayor Yılmaz Büyükerşen along with his wife, Selvi Kılıçdaroğlu. Kılıçdaroğlu shared the following regarding the visit:

"Together with my wife, Selvi, we visited our Eskişehir Metropolitan Mayor, Prof. Dr. Yılmaz Büyükerşen, at his home. He is a man of science and politics, the pride of social democratic municipalism, who has turned a city into an oasis and made Eskişehir the apple of Turkey's eye. We expressed our gratitude for the valuable work he has done for Eskişehir, to which he dedicated himself, as well as for our party and our country.

We thank the esteemed members of the Büyükerşen family, who hosted us with great hospitality.

YILMAZ BÜYÜKERŞEN SHARED A PHOTO OF THE VISIT

Eskişehir Mayor Yılmaz Büyükerşen also made a statement on his social media account regarding the visit and shared a photo. Büyükerşen wrote the following:

"We hosted the 7th Chairman of our Republican People's Party, Kemal Kılıçdaroğlu, and his esteemed wife, Selvi Kılıçdaroğlu, at our home and had a pleasant conversation.

I thank Kemal Bey, whose struggle for rights, law, and justice we will never forget, and his wife, Selvi Hanım, for honoring us with their kind visit."
