Ketenci, named in IMM investigation, apprehended
Kaan Ketenci, the owner of an advertising firm who was subject to a detention warrant in the financial crimes investigation launched into the Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality (IMM), has been apprehended in the TRNC.

Within the scope of the investigation, fugitive Kaan Ketenci was apprehended in the TRNC.
The Istanbul Chief Public Prosecutor's Office launched "corruption" and "urban consensus" investigations into the Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality (IMM).
Within the scope of the investigation, IMM Mayor Ekrem İmamoğlu was taken into custody from his home on the morning of March 19.
İmamoğlu was arrested as part of the "corruption" investigation, while he was released in the "urban consensus" investigation.
While the investigation launched by the Chief Public Prosecutor's Office into İmamoğlu and 99 suspects continues, a flash development occurred. Teams from the Istanbul Police Department's Financial Crimes Investigation Bureau determined that suspect Kaan Ketenci, an advertising company owner who was a fugitive with a detention warrant issued against him as part of the investigation, was in the TRNC.
Kaan Ketenci was apprehended in the TRNC and brought to Istanbul. Ketenci will be referred to the courthouse following his processing.
