Killed by Israeli soldiers: Statement from the Foreign Ministry on Ayşenur Ezgi Eygi
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs announced that efforts are underway to deliver the body of Ayşenur Ezgi Eygi, who was killed by an Israeli soldier, to her family.

Turkey continues its efforts for the delivery and burial of the body of Ayşenur Ezgi Eygi, who was killed by Israeli soldiers in the occupied West Bank.
Foreign Ministry Spokesperson Öncü Keçeli stated in a post on his X account, "We are continuing the necessary efforts for the delivery and burial of the body of our citizen Ayşenur Ezgi Eygi, who was killed by Israeli soldiers in the West Bank, to her family."
Noting that they are in contact with Eygi's family members living in the US and her relatives in Turkey, Keçeli reported that the autopsy report is expected to be forwarded to Turkey's Consulate General in Jerusalem by Palestinian authorities.
Keçeli shared the information that, "In the following process, it is planned for our citizen's body to be brought to the Israeli side first and subsequently transferred to our country via Jordan."
