PROPERTY IN FATİH UP FOR TENDER UNDER BUILD-OPERATE-TRANSFER MODEL
Kızılay has put a three-story business center located in the Mercan neighborhood of Istanbul's Fatih district up for tender using the "build-operate-transfer" model. The tender process for the property, which consists of 60 independent units, has begun. A security deposit of 4 million TL is required from those wishing to participate in the tender.
Another real estate sale by Kızılay is being organized for a plot of land in the Yaylacık region of Kırıkkale. It was stated that the estimated value determined for this plot is 5 million 500 thousand TL.
WILL BE IN THE BEVERAGE AND COSMETICS SECTORS
According to a report in the Cumhuriyet newspaper, Kızılay is also investing in the beverage sector. Having acquired a turnip juice producer, Kızılay is preparing to launch a new beverage brand called "Kızılay Plus Energy." Under this brand, non-alcoholic beverages as well as cosmetics and animal products will be produced. It is stated that the company also plans to offer advertising and marketing services.
