Response from the Kremlin: The attack will be met with a response at a time and in a manner deemed appropriate

The Russian Ministry of Defense announced that the Ukrainian army carried out an attack with 6 ATACMS missiles on the city of Taganrog, located on the country's Sea of Azov coast, on the morning of December 11. While it was stated that the Kiev regime's target was the air base in Taganrog, it was reported that two missiles were shot down in the air and the others were diverted thanks to electronic warfare equipment. It was stated that some Russian soldiers were injured as a result of falling missile debris.

Kremlin Spokesperson Dmitry Peskov, at a press conference held today, responded as follows to the question of whether there would be a response to the missile attack carried out by Ukraine on the city of Taganrog in Russia's Rostov Region:

"Here, I would like to recall the clear and direct statement made by the Russian Ministry of Defense yesterday, which explicitly stated that a response would be given. The response will, of course, come at a time and in a manner deemed appropriate, but it will definitely happen."
