It has emerged that AKP figures frequently visit the summer Palace in Marmaris, which cost over 700 million liras to build.
According to a report by İsmail Arı from BirGün; at least 640 million liras were spent from the Presidential budget between 2018 and 2021 for the Palace, which was built on a 92-acre plot in the Okluk Bay of the Marmaris district of Muğla.
SHARED BY THE IMAM
However, Talha Rençber, the imam of the Okluk Nation Mosque located within the palace grounds, has been making notable posts on social media. Rençber stated that Parliament Speaker Numan Kurtulmuş visited Okluk on September 22, 2023; Vice President Cevdet Yılmaz on August 4, 2023; former Minister of Youth and Sports and AKP member Mehmet Kasapoğlu on August 14, 2023; and former Minister of Industry and Technology Mustafa Varank on July 7, 2023.
THE ARDA TURAN DETAIL
Imam Talha Rençber also shared a photo with Arda Turan on April 10, the first day of the Ramadan Feast. It had been alleged that Turan met with Erdoğan after losing millions of liras to Seçil Erzan in the high-interest foreign currency fund case known as the Fatih Terim Fund.
Imam Rençber's post raised the question, "Was there a new meeting?"
