Şaban Vatan, the father of 11-year-old Rabia Naz Vatan, who died under suspicious circumstances six years ago, announced on his social media account that President Erdoğan has filed a lawsuit against him.
For days, Turkey discussed 11-year-old Rabia Naz Vatan, who lost her life under suspicious circumstances in the Eynesil district of Giresun on April 12, 2018. Her father, Şaban Vatan, had claimed that his daughter did not commit suicide but was "murdered."
Rabia Naz Vatan's father, Şaban Vatan, shared a screenshot from e-Devlet on his social media account regarding the lawsuit filed against him by Erdoğan.
Vatan used the following expressions on his social media account:
"Mr. Erdoğan, what is your lawyer's goal? Is it not enough? Has the persecution you have subjected me to for years not been enough?
You have been letting the murderers walk the streets for 6 years.
Should we now provide our own justice? My child was murdered, my child. Damn it!"
In the post shared by Vatan, it is noted that the first hearing of the case in question will be held on May 22 at 14:00.
