Leaked from AKP corridors: That name could return to the Cabinet!
While claims of an upcoming change in the Presidential Cabinet remain on the agenda, it has been suggested that AKP Deputy Chairman and Head of Economic Affairs Nihat Zeybekci could return to the Cabinet.

A striking claim has been made regarding AKP Deputy Chairman and Head of Economic Affairs Nihat Zeybekci, who made headlines with his visit to TÜSİAD and drew attention by stating that the March 19 operation, in which Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality Mayor Ekrem İmamoğlu was detained, had a negative impact on the economy.
While claims of a Cabinet revision after the Eid al-Adha holiday are on the agenda, it has been alleged that Zeybekci could return to the Cabinet.
Journalist Can Coşkun, who brought the claim to his column in Sözcü, suggested that there is a polarization in the AKP corridors ahead of the Cabinet change and stated, "There are quite a few people waiting for the return of the party's economic strategist, Zeybekci, to the cabinet."

It seems that the effects of Ekrem İmamoğlu's arrest on the economy have caused disagreements within the government...
AK Party's economic strategist, Deputy Chairman Nihat Zeybekci, had used the phrase 'It is out of the question to say it did not harm the economy' regarding March 19. Vice President Cevdet Yılmaz, on the other hand, said, 'It did not have an impact on the economy on its own.'
Why is this debate taking place when there is no obligation to do so? Government spokespeople could easily skip these questions and/or promote the 'ineffective' view like Yılmaz. Why is this debate visible? The behind-the-scenes is whispering quite a lot.
