MADKOM decision from Turkish Airlines: 38 flights cancelled

Turkish Airlines (THY) has announced that 10 percent of its flights scheduled for tomorrow have been cancelled in accordance with a decision by the Meteorological Emergency Committee (MADKOM) due to the severe storm expected in Istanbul.

THY Press Consultant Yahya Üstün stated in a post on the social media platform X, "Dear passengers, in accordance with the 10 percent capacity restriction decision taken by the Meteorological Emergency Committee (MADKOM) due to the severe storm expected in Istanbul, a total of 38 of our flights (10 domestic, 28 international) scheduled for November 23 to and from Istanbul Airport have been cancelled."
