Acting on intelligence that a drug shipment was being transported to western provinces, Tokat police stopped a truck that had been under surveillance as a suspect. During the search of the cargo hold, 73 kilograms and 552 grams of skunk, packed in 103 parcels and hidden among high-voltage line insulators, were seized. Two suspects, identified as B.E. and A.T., were taken into custody on charges of "Manufacturing and Trafficking of Narcotic Substances." Following the completion of their processing, the suspects were referred to judicial authorities, where they were arrested and sent to prison.
