According to reports, M.S. and S.S. argued over a debt issue within a residential complex located in the Barak neighborhood.
The incident escalated, and the complex manager, 47-year-old Ecevit Bozgeyik, attempted to break up the fight.
Bozgeyik, who was stabbed during the altercation, could not be saved despite medical intervention at the Abdulkadir Yüksel State Hospital, where he had been taken.
Police teams are continuing their efforts to locate the individuals involved in the incident.
