Thirteen people have been detained in an investigation into concert expenditures by the Ankara Metropolitan Municipality, and Mansur Yavaş has made a notable statement.

Police teams conducted an operation this morning as part of a corruption investigation into the Ankara Metropolitan Municipality (ABB).
In the file conducted by the Ankara Chief Public Prosecutor's Office, expenditures for 32 concerts organized between 2021 and 2024 were placed under review.
Within the scope of the investigation, detention warrants were issued for 13 people, including former municipal officials.
FIRST STATEMENT FROM MANSUR YAVAŞ
Ankara Metropolitan Mayor Mansur Yavaş made his first statement regarding the development to journalist Ünsal Ünlü.
Yavaş stated, "We previously conducted our own review regarding this period (2021-2024) when questions were raised about it. Furthermore, civil service inspectors also conducted a review, and no public loss was found here. Now, they are trying to take it to a completely different place by adding things like bid rigging into the mix."
